- Water Quality: Type I water up to 18.2 MΩ·cm, TOC ≤ 2 ppb; Type II water up to 15 MΩ·cm, TOC ≤ 30 ppb; bacteria < 0.01 CFU/ml, endotoxin < 0.001 EU/ml, RNase < 1 pg/ml, DNase < 4 pg/ml, and particle-free >0.22 μm.
