- Water Quality: Type I water up to 18.2 MΩ·cm with TOC ≤ 2 ppb; Type II water up to 15 MΩ·cm, TOC ≤ 30 ppb, bacteria < 0.01 CFU/ml, endotoxin < 0.001 EU/ml, RNase < 1 pg/ml, DNase < 4 pg/ml, and particle-free >0.22 μm.
- Production Capacity: Type II water up to 10 / 15 / 20 L/h depending on configuration.
- Dispensing: Portable dispensers with 5-inch touchscreen and purity monitoring at the point-of-use; up to 4 dispensers per unit; dispensing range 0.01–60 L with adjustable flow (up to 2 L/min) and optional drop-by-drop control.
